All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees. Project work will not commence until initial deposits (where required) are received.
5. Intellectual Property
All design, code, and content created by Good Rise during the course of a project remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. After payment, ownership of project deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not use or reproduce any materials from this website (text, images, code, etc.) without our express written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing necessary access, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by client-side inaction may result in project delays or additional charges.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your project at any time, but deposits and partial payments are non-refundable if work has already begun. If cancellation occurs after substantial work has been completed, a prorated fee may be applied.
8. Liability
We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Good Rise is not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Downtime due to third-party hosting or integrations
- Issues caused by modifications made by third parties or the client
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use or integrate third-party services (e.g. hosting, plugins, analytics tools). We are not responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from third-party failures or changes.
10. Confidentiality
All project details, communication, and materials shared between you and Good Rise are treated as confidential unless mutually agreed otherwise.

12. Modifications
